Caitlin DellaRatta

Caitlin DellaRatta became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in October 2025. She currently serves as a member of the ABA clinical team working out of the Glastonbury location.

Caitlin joined CCSN in December 2022 as a Behavior Technician, providing direct services to clients. In August 2023, she was promoted to Lead Behavior Technician, where she supported staff during clinical sessions and delivered training on a variety of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices to help ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Connecticut and her master's degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology. Caitlin has extensive experience using Behavior Skills Training (BST) to train staff on client-specific protocols, programs, and procedures, promoting treatment fidelity and effective implementation across settings.

Her professional interests include functional communication training, preparing early learners for successful transitions into school environments, and supporting ongoing staff training and professional development.
