Erica Manchester

Erica Manchester is a Behavior Analyst at the Center for Children with Special Needs (CCSN) where she provides consultative support to educational programs. Erica received her master’s degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Saint Joseph and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Erica has experience working in public and private settings across the state of Connecticut and has worked with students at the elementary, middle, and high school level. She is passionate about staff training and the effects of feedback on performance. She presented her thesis research on the effects of various types of feedback on work completion at the 2017 annual Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT) Conference.

Erica is a member of the Connecticut Association for Behavior Analysis (CTABA).
