CCSN Behavioral Health seeks a Behavior Technician to join the staff of our newly developed ABA Clinic. The CCSN Behavioral Health ABA Clinic is based in Glastonbury, CT and utilizes a center-based model to deliver empirically supported ABA services to children with autism and related neurodevelopmental disorders.

Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field and have 1-year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or other developmental disabilities in educational, community, or home settings. Primary responsibilities will include implementation of ABA-based programming (e.g., direct instruction, daily living skills support, functional communication protocols), modeling to support family training, data collection, graphing, and progress note reporting. Candidates must be comfortable using computer and application based technology for data collection, entry, graphing, and note taking during sessions. We seek an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a proven and extensive history of team work.

Applicants must be available to work between 15-20 hours weekly. Hours will primarily be Monday through Friday between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Scheduling may be flexible around academic commitments for students.

CCSN Behavioral Health offers Behavior Technicians training, supervision, and support in completing their Registered Behavior Technician © (RBT) credential as well as extensive individual and group supervision to help ensure excellence in clinical practice. The Center is also able to provide BCBA supervision for appropriate candidates. Hourly salary would be commensurate with experience.

This is a fee-for-service position and flexibility with after school, evening and weekend hours is available. Administrative support, weekly supervision, and opportunities for collaboration weekly within clinical team meetings are additional benefits to the position. This position offers opportunities to create a flexible schedule and has the potential to expand to full-time based on referrals and interest.

CCSN Behavioral Health is excited to announce that due to our growth and expansion, we are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to support our ABA Clinic based in Glastonbury, CT. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing behavior analytic direct treatment and supervision to children and adolescents with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders in both clinic and community settings
  • Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians
  • Providing and facilitating family support and training

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in delivering evidence-based treatment to children with ASD
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Desire to work as part of a larger team multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, Psychologists, and related specialists

This position also includes:

  • Weekly direct supervision with a senior-level BCBA
  • Weekly participation in clinical teams and group supervision
  • Participation in center-based professional development for Type 2 CEs
  • Opportunities for growth and development of clinical skills
  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians throughout the organization.

CCSN Behavioral Health has provided care for hundreds of families, and as needed is able to integrate their services into the broader clinical services offered by CCSN.
