NeuroCare: Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

Supporting individuals with Acquired or Traumatic Brain Injury Across the Lifespan

Our community- and center-based cognitive behavioral
services offer direct treatment as well as guidance and
support for caregivers of adults with an acquired or
traumatic brain injury as well as other related or similar conditions.

Our NeuroCare support care team will explore ways to increase independence and quality of life using a person-centered planning approach. We will work with you and your team to understand your personal goals to develop and implement an individualized treatment plan.

Components of the treatment plan may include:

  • Your goals and treatment steps toward that goal.
  • Treatment provider collaborations to support development of your goals
  • Training for you and your care team on strategies to improve your quality of life and meet your personal treatment goals.
