Jade Crockett
Jade Crockett (she/her) is a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) at CCSN who holds an associates in science from Manchester Community College’s SLPA program. She brings specialized experience supporting elementary-aged children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), communication disorders, and complex behavioral challenges.
Driven by a core professional philosophy of assuming competence in every individual, Jade focuses on building strong collaborative bridges between multidisciplinary professionals and loved ones to maximize client outcomes. Her creative skills are highlighted by her adaptability and design for individualized visual supports and adapted materials, ensuring therapeutic interventions meet the unique needs of everyone. Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, Jade is currently continuing her education at Southern Connecticut State University to further enhance her skills and deliver the highest standard of care to the families of CCSN.
