Mullai Srinivasan

Mullai is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut. She received her Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University in 2019. She has over 12 years of experience in the field of ABA and has worked in home, school, and clinic-based settings.

During her time in the field, she has worked with 3 to 21 year old individuals on the autism spectrum disorder as well as with other developmental disabilities. Her specific interests include early intensive behavioral interventions, verbal behaviors, social skills, functional communication training and toilet training.

She strongly emphasizes collaborating with parents and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive and effective behavior intervention plans. Her mission is to help all the children to make meaningful gains that will allow individuals to lead independent, happier, and more fulfilling lives for the betterment of the community. She continues her mission at the CCSN Behavior Health ensuring continuity and maximizing the children’s overall development.
