Lauren Balboni

Lauren Cichon, C-SLPA, is a dedicated speech-language pathology assistant at CCSN, where she brings a lifelong passion for communication and advocacy to her work. Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), Lauren specializes in working with deaf and hard-of-hearing students from preschool to high school, including those navigating emotional and behavioral challenges.

Lauren deeply believes in empowering children with communication disorders to thrive in all areas of life. A firm believer that "it takes a village," she is committed to fostering strong, collaborative partnerships across multidisciplinary teams to ensure every child's success.

Outside of her clinical work, Lauren stays active with gym bootcamp classes, loves hunting for unique finds while thrifting, and cherishes time spent with her family.
