Caitlin DellaRatta

Caitlin DellaRatta became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in October 2025. She currently continues her work at CCSN as a member of both the school consultation and ABA clinical teams.

Caitlin began her career at CCSN in December 2022, working directly with clients, and advanced to the role of Lead Behavior Technician in August 2023. In this position, she supported staff during sessions and provided training on various aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), helping to promote high-quality service delivery.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology. Caitlin has experience utilizing Behavior Skills Training (BST) to effectively train staff on client-specific protocols, programs, and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across settings.

Her professional interests include functional communication training, preparing early learners for successful transitions into school environments, and ongoing staff training and development.
