Victoria Bernardi

Victoria Bernardi has dedicated over 10 years to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Russell Sage College and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from New York University, bringing together an understanding of human services and specialized expertise in ABA.

Victoria is passionate about providing neuroaffirming, individualized support that celebrates each person’s strengths while helping them develop new skills for independence and confidence. She focuses on building skills in a way that honors each client’s preferences, and communication style. She also believes progress happens best through collaboration, and works closely with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure consistency, connection, and lasting impact across environments.

With her blend of professional knowledge, hands-on experience, and genuine care, Victoria's goal is to create an environment where every client feels supported, understood, and empowered to reach their fullest potential, while making the journey a positive and encouraging experience.
