Victoria Lankerd-Smith is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Connecticut. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Manhattanville College and received a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bay Path University.
Victoria has worked in school, home and vocational settings with individuals on the autism spectrum as well as other developmental disabilities for over 10 years. Prior to working at CCSN, Victoria worked as a consultant to schools providing support to teachers, teaching assistants and parents within the classroom and through the IEP and functional behavior process. Victoria’s professional interests include advocacy for families and children and teaching communication skills.
