Hannah Faulkner
Hannah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Connecticut. She earned her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield State University. Hannah has a passion for utilizing the principles of ABA to support special education programs in improving and building systems. Additionally, she works to bring cultural awareness and responsiveness within the field of ABA through various professional development opportunities.
Hannah currently works as a program coordinator for The Center for Children with Special Needs where she provides consultative services to special education programs within public school systems including programs with individuals who have social and emotional needs. Much of this work involves capacity building through staff training, family collaboration, and addressing individual student needs within each of the programs. Hannah strives to assist teams in developing sustainable progress monitoring systems as well as ways in which teams can collaborate on a more productive level.
In addition to system level support, Hannah is passionate about meaningful social skills instruction for individuals with Autism as well as supporting teams in developing programs that promote functional independence for their students.
