Marlena Minkos, Ph.D., NCSP, BCBA

Dr. Marlena Minkos earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She is a nationally certified school psychologist and board certified behavior analyst with over 15 years of experience supporting children and adolescents in a variety of clinical and educational settings across the state of Connecticut. Dr. Minkos has conducted comprehensive diagnostic, psychological, and educational evaluations and developed evidence-based interventions for individuals with a variety of neurodevelopmental needs. She has also consulted with teams to evaluate programming at both the individual student and systems levels and to develop recommendations to address areas of need, with a particular emphasis on data-based decision making and implementation of multi-tiered systems of support to address academic and behavioral outcomes. Dr. Minkos served as the project evaluator for the Connecticut School Climate Transformation Grant and has facilitated professional development on a variety of topics. She has published several peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters and teaches graduate level courses in the Neag School of Education at UConn.
