Ashley Bebyn

Ashley Bebyn is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist at the Center for Children with Special Needs (CCSN) and currently holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She currently serves as the Site Lead for Speech-Language Therapy at the Glastonbury location. Ashley’s passion for helping others began early through her volunteer work at a therapeutic riding center, where she supported individuals across the lifespan. This experience inspired her academic and professional path, beginning with a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from Washington College, followed by speech-language post-baccalaureate coursework through the University of Connecticut and Southern Connecticut State University. She earned her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Loyola University Maryland.

During graduate school, Ashley developed a strong interest in early language development and working with neurodivergent individuals. She began her clinical career at Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation, where she provided both individual and group-based therapy to children with autism and collaborated closely with families through parent training. At CCSN, Ashley conducts comprehensive speech-language evaluations and provides individualized, play-based treatment. She values collaboration with families to support skill development across environments. In her site lead role, she also supports speech-language pathologists and speech-language pathology assistants at the Glastonbury location. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, horseback riding, and spending time with family and friends. She is thrilled to be part of the CCSN team and looks forward to continued growth within the interdisciplinary setting.
