Christina Philibert

Christina Philibert is a dedicated Care Coordinator who plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the office and ensuring that individuals and families receive compassionate, organized, and personalized support. In her role, Christina helps coordinate services, communicate with families and providers, maintain accurate documentation, and assist in making sure each individual’s needs are addressed with care and attention.

Christina’s passion for helping others is rooted in her educational and professional background in Human Services. She has experience working in residential settings as a Residential Supervisor, where she supported individuals, provided guidance to staff, coordinated daily needs, and advocated for the people she served. Her experiences have strengthened her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Christina hopes to continue her education in the field of Social Work as she grows both personally and professionally.

Outside of her work in Human Services, Christina is also a licensed Esthetician with a passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness. She enjoys helping others look and feel their best and provides esthetic services to clients during her downtime.

When Christina isn’t working, she enjoys reading, shopping, photography, traveling, servicing clients and spending time creating meaningful experiences with the people she loves. Above all, she is someone who values connection, compassion, and being a source of emotional support whenever someone needs it.

Christina believes that kindness matters, and even the smallest act of kindness can make the biggest difference. She strives to bring that mindset into everything she does.
