Miannah Logan serves as the Patient Services Coordinator and Compliance Administrator, where she plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team. With a focus on compassionate, organized care, she manages appointment scheduling, updates electronic health records, and maintains accurate patient documentation to support the delivery of high-quality services.
In her compliance role, Miannah ensures the organization aligns with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. She contributes to policy development, conducts audits, and evaluates internal procedures to promote a culture of accountability and continual improvement.
Miannah brings a diverse professional background to her current role, including experience as an administrative assistant in the manufacturing industry and time spent working with children with autism—an experience that deepened her passion for psychology and person-centered care.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Southern Connecticut State University. Outside of work, Miannah enjoys reading and expanding her knowledge through literature.
