Brenda Bryant

Brenda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in supporting adults, adolescents, and families navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Brenda uses a range of evidence-based modalities—including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—to foster healing, growth, and resilience.

Throughout her career, she has focused on working with youth and young adults across a variety of settings—including public and private schools, outpatient clinics, in-home services, and mobile crisis outreach. Brenda’s experience in both school-based and outpatient environments has given her a broad perspective and a deep sense of hope and curiosity in clinical work.

Brenda spent time as a faculty trainer for the Traumatic Stress Institute, where she coached and supported caregiving professionals in implementing trauma-informed approaches to treatment. This work has included adapting trauma-informed care models for professionals working with individuals with ASD and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Additionally, Brenda collaborated with the Keystone Institute, deepening her understanding of social role theory and the ways community, culture, and personal experience shape the lives of those we support.

At the core of Brenda’s therapeutic approach is empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. She strives to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences and moving toward meaningful change.
