Jaiden Souza, BT

Jaiden Souza is a Behavior Technician in the CCSN Behavioral Health ABA Clinic. She a received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a concentration cognitive and behavioral neuroscience, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Montana. Jaiden is pursuing a RBT certification and will eventually return to school for a Masters in Occupational Therapy to continue her career focused on supporting growth of skills and confidence in children with developmental disabilities.

Jaiden has over 10 years of experience working with children, including neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals ranging from birth to twelve years old. She has worked with children both individually and in a daycare setting. She has aided in learning life skills, emotional regulation, and effective social behavior, through positive reinforcement and play based learning. Jaiden has conducted research and experiments focused on the interactions of the nervous system and behavior through her college education. She enjoys learning about the brain and neural pathways and has a heightened interest in anatomy, proprioception, and sensory integration.
