Ryan Knighton, M.S., BCBA

Ryan Knighton is a Senior Behavior Analyst at CCSN. Ryan graduated with a master’s degree from Utah State University through the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation. During his graduate studies, Ryan worked at a clinic for children with complex behavior needs, an early intervention preschool setting for children with Autism, and a group home setting for adults with disabilities.  His areas of research interest included functional analysis, token economies, functional communication training, and the use of video models for skill acquisition and staff training. Prior to joining CCSN, Ryan worked as a BCBA in the DC metro area supporting programs for middle and high school students diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome as well as in Connecticut as a behavioral consultant enhancing individualized programming for students with complex neurodevelopmental disabilities.
