Jennifer McCormick, Ed.D., BCBA

Jennifer McCormick is a Senior Behavior Analyst at CCSN, where she provides consultative and program development support to educational programs for students with Autism Spectrum and related Disorders.

She received a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Southern Connecticut State University where she published her dissertation: The Perceptions of School Psychologists Working with Teachers to Implement Scientific-Based Research Strategies in the Classroom Setting. Jennifer has experience working with school programs for lower elementary students through secondary and post-secondary programs. Previously, she served as a District Behavior Analytic Consultant for West Haven Public Schools where she worked with parents, families, teachers and other professionals regarding problematic behavior, skill acquisition and development, discrete trial instruction programming and classroom management systems.  Additionally, she worked as a Senior Outreach Behavior Analyst for a private agency where she provided public school consultation, home programming instruction and supervision.
